There is an overview of Sarbanes-Oxley and its impact on financial reporting, sample financial statements of a fictional company with detailed explanations of the balance sheet, income statement, statement of retained earnings, and statement of cash flows, how to interpret rations and trends, and how to apply the knowledge learned.
